Fapping before football

Does anyone play sport here ? I just wanna ask does fapping affect the performance ?

I say no but I tend to go a 5 or 10 k run and love wanking after as raised heart rate etc better feeling even on few quiet locations just got to car and shorts off and knocking one out is good better after m8 wait to shower

I would suggest somewhere VERY private otherwise you may find yourself arrested for indecency !

I'm no daft just horny no way if any one about would I do it but at empty loch side dirt track I'm ok no one but me lol
