Does circumcision reduces penis sensitivity?

Initially sensitivity will increase. When I first had mine I was advised that sensitivity would decrease as 'keratin' would build up on the head leading to slight 'leathering'. To avoid this and help to keep sensitivity I use cocoa butter smeared on the head.
