1 month after circumcision

so after a month, everything looks good, only have one concern, under the head where the frenulum was, there is a very small ball like a pimple yet not a pimple, that is a bit painful when I am erect could it be an internal stitch that didn't dissolve yet?

if not what could it be ?

Hi, yeah it could be an internal stitch that hasn't dissolved yet, or it could be some excess skin. a photo maybe would have helped

I am not a Dr-but have your Dr check if it does not resolve. Many men are circumcised. There shouldn’t be pain after fully healed. Possibly (not a Dr) it could be suture hole still healing-all sutures if dissolvable usually break apart depending on suture size 10-14 days Also depending on type of dissolvable sutures. Check with Dr if it persists. You should not have pain after a circumcision has fully healed-best wishes for full healing
