PPP? STD? (A few Questions)

Well, just to give some background on this:

I went to a party like 11 weeks ago, and had sex while drunk with a woman who is my friend but not a too close one. I used condom, but it was useless because I licked her vagina with no protection, so I have been a little bit worried about the possibility of having got any STD. I'm still waiting one or two weeks more to make myself some tests

Anyway, I noticed these days, that I have some clear dots on the base of the glans, which I don't know whether they have always been there, or if they are new. (I had never checked my penis with such detail before)

Also, I have a very small purple/red spot near the base of the glans, which has no texture and is pretty hard to see (I'm sure of having seen this last one probably more times in my life)

And finally, I noticed some white bigger dots on the foreskin, right "below" the glans, BUT I believe this to be just some big follicles because each of them has a little white hair on top of them. (Like new hairs)

I find it important to say, that I haven't had any bad feeling nor weird secretions on the penis, and my urine has been the same for these almost 3 months. As I said, I'm taking some health tests in the next week probably, hoping that everything's ok.

The third one has been with me most of my life, and I'm a virgin. Also, the first one is normal. Basically everything see s normal.
