Read about squeezing base of penis to help delay, and in a book it gives detail saying to squeeze base of penis where the shaft meets the glans. So I'm a bit confused, whether to squeeze the shaft right below the glans, or squeeze at base of shaft where it meets the testicles.
Also, I don't see how you could effectively or easily squeeze while intercourse/penetration is happening, other than pausing the action briefly, and such pause can be disruptive for my partner.
There was also mention of kegel exercises to help control/delay ejaculation.
Just wondering if folks here have experience with either of these, and how well they work. And maybe give some insight how the squeeze techique has been used in practice or how kegel exercise actually helps with delaying ejaculation over time.

...at the base if the shaft, though from vague memory gentle pressure behind the testicles does it too.Kegel exercise (Kegels by Jove, are you American?) or squeezing the pelvic floor is cited as the way to prevent ejaculation for multiple male orgasms. This requires practice and have never successfully done it due to being 'in the moment '.
My technique if I want to delay is to think of something distracting.
I am circumcised, later in life. Think I probably had this problem pre-circumcision. Can last longer now after circumcision, but the issue is still there: the issue presently is not when it happens but how it happens. Under certain conditions, like how fast & hard I thrust, and how wet and tight my partner is triggers faster ejaculation, a bit too early for her pleasure. But if I go slow and steady, all is fine, but she don't like slow and steady.
