I’m interested in this answer too as I was sent for bloods this week too. I’m on the depo so haven’t had a period for 10 years. I’ve seen the results on the nhs app which says they are all satisfactory. The nurse who requested them did say they are not reliable and I’m definitely having symptoms - vaginal atrophy, memory loss and fog, low libido, back pain. So what next?

blood tests are not reliable as your hormones fluctuate too much during the day. Perimenopause can last up to 10 years, they don’t recommend being the mini pill or normal pill after a certain age. Try the balance app there’s a free version and a pay one. Or there’s a facebook group called truth HRT collective or some similar
