Yes but I'm concerned that progesterone cream won't be strong enough compared to vaginal Utrogestan to manage my prolonged bleeding.

You won't know till you try , at least you can buy it without a prescription if you do buy some make sure it's a good brand such as Biovea or NOW

Do you have hypothyroidism as well ?

Hi. Nope, I'm not using estrogen.

She also said the dose is too high and it could disrupt my vaginal microbiome.
