help with bloods.

I have been on HRT for 5 years. I'm currently on 300mg Utrogestan (100mg to 200mg 17/10 then 200mg 25 on 3 days off then up to 300mg on 11/2/24 25 days on 3 days off) and 100 evorel patch plus 1 pump of tostran gel twice a week. I have been having bleeds since June 23 (had an internal scan and biopsy taken which came back ok). I have had bloods done but struggling to make sense out of them. Due to see a gynecologist to discuss the HRT I'm currently on. The results were:

Serum oestradiol level 368 pmol/L

Testosterone (MS) 3.6 nmol/L

Androstenedione 1.00 nmol/L

FREE ANDROGEN INDEX (MS) 7.2% 0.2 - 3.6

SHBG - AUTOMATION 50 nmol/L 27 - 128

17 - HYDROXY PROGESTERONE <0.3 nmol/L 0.4 - 5.0

I'm hoping these bloods would explain why after 5 years I've suddenly started to have random bleeds ( 19 days in December, 18 days during January, 7 days in February ) and what changes to my HRT are needed.

Any advice would be appreciated.

hi I don’t really understand how much utrogestan you are taking it seems very confusing. Which can be confusing your body.

The 3 day break doesn’t help either, you should be on 200mg of utrogestan for 2weeks or take it every day (have your periods stopped)

If utrogestan doesn’t help you can try something else.
