menopause relief while taking Coumadin!

Anyone have advice for me, I’m going through Menopause, gaining weight, hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings ALL THE Things. As well as I take Warfarin for PE. I’ve takin provitalize for months now, it’s not working. Desperately trying to figure out supppements for relief?

supplements are not going to replace your lowering hormones, they might give a little relief but not much.

Replacing your hormones will help, some say sage can help with hot flushes but can not say it does as I haven’t tried that. I did my research on HRT and decided that was better for me
