help .. so scared

Hello, I am new here and hoping some of you can ease my mind.

I’ll be 48 next month. I usually get migraines right before my period. I’ve been pretty regular, this year I may have had my period a little too close in between maybe twice.

Last week after a migraine I started spotting, no big deal../

However, that migraine went away and I was left with some side affects. I have a weird tingly hot sensation in my skull that comes and goes thru out the day. They last minutes, but they are better now though../ . I am very dizzy , very nauseous and my anxiety is thru the roof. I swear I keep thinking I’m going to die. I am depressed and tired. I don’t feel like myself .

Today I thought my period was finally Here, but went right back to spotting . I’ve been spotting for about 7 days.

I move my Head and get dizzy .. I do have some brain fog.. I’m not sure if it’s because I have so much anxiety, I can hardly focus or just another side effect of what I’m having.

I am waiting on my OBGYN to call me back with an appointment however, in the meantime is what I’m feeling normal is it part of pre-menopause or is there something else going on with me? I’ve never felt anything like this! Can this really be this horrible ??? 😥😥😥😥 Thank you! Any advice will be appreciated

I hope that you feek better.

I have had lots of symptoms, heavy bleeding, pain in my left side of my head and neck, anxiety, depression, gut problems,

Peri menopause has been a nightmare so far.

Do speak to your doctor to rule out symptoms.

You are not alone.

🙂 I agree with the previous comment..these symptoms are likely linked to Perimenopause but…….for peace of mind make an appointment with your GP.

Stress and overthinking will make things worse..Perimenopause can cause all kinds of ‘unusual symptoms’ that often don’t make sense…so it is best to have this assessed by your GP.

Do talk to your gp to be on the safe side but it definitely sounds like peri menopause I hope you feel better soon sending you a big hug 🤗❤️
