Hi I’m 48 currently taking Everol 50 and Utrogestan for 2 weeks every 12 weeks started in July it has really helped with physical symptoms however I have been getting really bad flare ups of panic attacks when I can’t leave the house etc. I had panic attacks that started when I was about 38 and took Citalopram which helped a little plus CBT, meditation and yoga. I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same and did they take any further medication that really helped. I was wondering about trying red clover as read it can help with anxiety some say you can take along HRT others not. Any advice would be very welcome

Hi I get panic attacks when driving they have calmed down more now as I changed my regime, you could try upping your patches or try a different delivery method gel or spray.
You could also try an anxiety medication, or exercise. It’s hard to add natural products as it can interact with other medication.
Me i pull over distract myself and talk myself down, deep breathing

Doctor said try Prozac doesn’t want to change my HRT.
