Hi , I am now here , joined a few weeks ago but haven’t really had the courage to write . I was feeling so terrible and blood test revealed my oestrogen levels are so low, but being 48 I was asked to try herbal remedies . I take menopace max and joint max , and after being diagnosed with osteoarthritis I am 1 week post shoulder surgery recovery My whole body shape has changed , I have a lot of stomach fat, I eat healthy and before rhe surgery worked out 5/7 days but just cannot seem to lose weight , I fluctuate a few lbs here and there … does anyone have any advise on how you lose weight , I eat and track the right calories on the calculator but I seem to just be static and it’s getting me down …

Hi 🙂 I hope you have fast recovery from your shoulder surgery.. Reading between the lines..are you entering menopause 🤔 I had little difficulty controlling my weight until around that time, since then it’s been an uphill battle. There is plenty of advice online re how to achieve weight loss, and diet plans etc..but I’ve never found I’m able to ‘get with the programme’.

🙂 Sometimes better results are achieved when you have the empathy and support of a group ....It’s worth considering joining a local weight loss group, there are usually several options available to most people.

Hi I'm 59 had really late menopause starting at 57 since the menopause my body shape definitely seems to have altered weight is more around my lower belly and l can bloat out. I've read the menopause makes you put weight on differently it's quite upsetting . I now take more care choosing clothing to show off my best bits and hide my belly. Menopause is a huge problem. I have a prolapse since my menopause too. I just thought periods stopped!
