New here

I had a heart at in June of 24. The same night they found a large mass on my left kidney which turned out to be renal cell carcinoma. In July I had my kidney removed and was recovering nicely or so I thought. September rolls around and my whole world collapses in on me. I wad diagnosed with MDD and anxiety in early December. Threw trial and error I believe we have my meds correct now. I also go to therapy once a week for help understanding my mental illness. Now I'm looking just to find like minded people who can help me or I can help
