So I'm 20 now and all my life all I've faced is ultimately anxiety stress I've seen my parents fight for my entire life now I've stayed away from my father was most of my life and now I finally realize the shit that has happened and the trauma that has all added up to

hey, 20 is a great age to exhale their stress and get your own place. I also suggest you study up on healthy communication skills so your new path won't reflect the past. I suggest Berne' Brown she is on Netflix, and Youtube.... This will help you create healthy work, school, and all relationships. Educate the heck out of yourself, learn about anxiety and ways to get through it.
