i have been feeling cognitive fog from last 6 years. The only major symptom I have and I also have tinnitus. I am just confused why do I feel so foggy all the time is it because of my tinnitus or I have been facing anxiety from last several years. Any suggestions. I am taking zoloft from last 3 years too it helped to decrease fogginess a bit but I still have it

Hi Umaidash,

I am sorry for your confusion which is really understandable when there seems to be a few things happening at once (brain fog, anxiety, tinnitus and taking an antidepressant Zoloft).

At this point in time, I feel it's best for you to speak with a healthcare or mental health professional for a review of your circumstances which might have changed over the last 3-6 years. You may even need to change your prescription.
