I’m really looking to talk or have a connection with anyone. I feel so alone. I am in constant pain and my anxiety is making it hard for me to escape. Please anyone I just need to talk

I just feel so all alone. It’s very dark where I am. I was just hoping to talk to someone that also understands. I am trying everything I can. I am doing everything I possibly can and nothing seems to be working.
