It's been awhile since I've been involved with any online support groups can anyone tell me of a good phone call support group for depression or bipolar or both?

Hello. That depends on where you are. There's people here from all over, so give us a general idea of your location and people here may be able to help. (Don't disclose personal details tho!)

I know where in person support groups are here I'm just looking for phone call support groups where people log in at certain times of the day

As mentioned earlier, it depends on where you are. This is a world wide site and most countries don’t have ability to take calls from other countries.

So if you’re not keen to give a location, perhaps google ‘depression helpline (country you’re in)’ you will get a list of services available to you 😊

Warmlines are good to talk to in non-emergency situations. If you are in the in the US check out warmline.org/
