Hi everyone,
I’m new here and I’d like to create a support network. I’m not sure if this site offers support groups or if anyone knows about any. I’ve been feeling really lonely and my depression has been really putting me through the ringer. What do people do to feel better? I wish I could reach out to friends but I don’t really have any.
Hello and welcome. I wanted to invite you to join Anxiety and Depression Support on this same site. It is much more active. People are posting all day every day. Stay in this group too. This is a great way to meet people who are also suffering from depression and anxiety. Read through posts and send replies. You will get to know people. Once you get to know someone you can also private message them. I have made a couple of good friends here. I hope you find it as helpful and supportive as I have.

I have major depression disorder. I am sad all the time. I have tried several different meds., and counseling. I admitted myself into a psych ward for a week, that was a joke. The doctor talked to me 5 minutes a day. So many patients there. I don’t know what to do. I am suicidal at times too. I called the suicide hotline, the guy who I talked to was worthless. I hope you can find help.
I sm in a very bad depression I am so scared dint know how to function or live.
