I've been looking for mental health support groups and I've found it very hard to get into DBSA meetings because most of them are full (I'm also not Bipolar) and while AA meetings are EVERYWHERE, mental health meetings are not. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of easily accessible, helpful, and online meetings that would be extremely appreciated. Thank you.

Support Groups and Online Meetings
NAMI National Alliance on Mental Illness has both in person and online meetings. Depending on where you live some are weekly. nami.org/Support-Education/...
I hear you! It's crazy how difficult it is for depression or mental health when they keep talking about how mental health issues are increasing every year. I have to come back but wanted to remember your post for later. I have some possible suggestions.
I live in Wisconsin and can't find help either. I have BCBS private insurance.
I'm looking for the same. The support group I attend offers a free, once a week virtual support group through Zoom. I know people from all around my province and across the border in the northern states attend. I'm hoping to find two or more like organizations within my time zone to attend as needed as I'm not always available the one evening for online support... having a few places on different days would help immensely.
