i've had depression for years!! ever since i was a teenager. i have MDD and GAD. i've been a stay at home mom for 15 years. my husband wants me to go to work since our youngest is now in school full time. i don't know what to do! i'm lucky i can take care of the kids. some days i can barely do that. we need the money but i know i can't do it. i'm so confused and feel guilty. i want to work but i don't think i can... i never know how i'm going to wake up. some days i'm good to go. others i don't want to see anyone or talk to anyone. some days i don't want to even get out of bed. what do i do?

Could you do child care part time.. I thought about doing that, advertise and take the ones and days you want.Keep trying to find some new treatments for your depression. They're always more to try.
