No parkrun for me this weekend. Had a slight pulled Hamstring on Wednesday I was running speed intervals on the final sprint felt my hamstring go so have been been doing recovery workouts using Recovery app which is part of Strava ,All being well hope the Rehab goes well and hope to road test my legs with a 15 min recovery run next week.
It is hard not being able to go out running,but sometimes you have to give yourself a good talking to and listen to advice that has been given,you know it makes sense.
