7.6k long Sunday run.

I used to love a long Sunday run, until I went to parkrun on a Saturday .I've not been in great health since December and I'm still waiting an ENT appointment but today I donned my shorts and off I went.

I circled the village, slow and steady with some walking to keep my heartrate down.

7.6k an hour and a half and I was home again.

It was all roads, uneven paths, some dual carriageway, the photo is the quietest stretch near home.

Run happy or rest well VRB's

Nice slow and steady 7.6K long run for you today Sue, nice photo but as you say there are alot of uneven surfaces, as for me, for my Sunday morning walk I walked 12 K, about half was off road along trails and through woods.

Good long walk for you today Al. My limit just now is about 5 km back hurting and ribs but at least I’m doing something,

Thanks Linda, I am so slow but being dizzy keeps me sensible, any faster and I'd probably fall over

Pace absolutely doesn't matter! None of us should ever feel apologetic about our pace. Your run. You owned it 👏👏👏

You can see the buds on the trees so it’s definitely spring! And the fact you wore shorts!

That’s a lovely sounding run Sue, well done and here’s to many more.
