Went for an early long run, just me and Coach Bennett , him asking questions, me thinking, reflecting and generally being thankful for the peace and quiet and the brilliant running buddies through Parkrun, my community running club and this wonderful forum I have met/virtually met over the last 2.5 years.
Although I never met Tim, he was always such a great source of information, advice and motivation, he will be missed very much.

Literally just up the road from me on the rural roads of Lincolnshire. Beautiful wasn't it. Days like this it just makes you appreciate your surroundings.😀
