Brilliant! Many congratulations and a big well done to you ๐ฅณ๐ฅณ
You look increasingly happy and proud, as you should ๐๐
Brilliant and well done. That looks like a lovely medal.
What an inspiration. I read some of your posts.
I'm sure I will think of you often over the next year as I start my training for the London marathon 2023.

Decided to take an extended break. Watched a podcast which explained that itโs totally ok to take more time out when you need that rest. Iโve been looking at different events.
My first challenge is 150 km or 93 miles in 28 days from 1st December. Itโs quite poignant that itโs 93 as this was the amount of years my stepmum was when she passed away last year.
She had vascular dementia and is one reason why I raise money for the BHF. My main goal next year is the Great North Run. Will probably take me around 4 hours. ๐
I think that's one thing I really need to factor in more than I do. A HM realistically takes me 3:12 to 3:30 and that is a lot of hours training so the marathon will take me more, so rest days will be even more important as will fueling.
Sorry for your loss, 93 miles in 28 days sounds like a great challenge, good luck with that.
