Absolutely perfect weather today! I did wake up feeling a bit Sunday lazy though, but after having read Irish-John ’s fab and inspirational post, I thought well, you either run or you don’t, so I did. Anyway, I took it nice and slow after having done 10 miles on Friday. It was definitely the right call, as I was feeling a bit stiff, and I didn’t want the last few k to be too painful.

I saw mainly cyclists all zooming along. I always think it would be quite nice to suddenly sprout wheels on my feet going down hill, just to freewheel a bit, or get some of those flashing trainers with wheels on the back 🀣.

It’s such a glorious day, and it was well worth the effort. Have a cracking day everyone!

It’s my favourite distance at the moment as I can run it in an hour at my easy pace😍

An hour is a great length for a run.

It certainly is! Although how many hours have you clocked up this month? It must be 100s! 😊

After today, it'll be about 28.5 hours (including warm up/cool down periods).

Strava has a 30 hours challenge for this month and I'm not going to hit it.

Can you go for a long walk this evening? Or maybe that’s the last thing you feel like doing! 28.5 hours is pretty impressive 😊.

But it's going to rain! πŸ€ͺ

It was lovely wasn't it. Lots of cyclists out here too - I was running along pondering a bike ride straight after ... but common sense got in the way (or a drink and the couch perhaps?). Well done for making the most of a great day 😊

Ah thank you, it sounds as though you did too! I’m assuming the couch won over the urge to cycle 🀣.

Aw thanks Sparky. I’ll be very pleased once it starts to get a bit lighter though! The winter is starting to drag just a bit 🀣.
