Well that was one very tough Mudder Run!!!

We must be mad us runners 😂

Was absolutely throwing it down all the way, gave up trying to dodge the puddles and splashed my way along squelched and plodded till I just didn't care any more 😂

Anyway I'm chuffed to have ran another HM feeling very pleased with myself 😁

Oh yesterday was awful! 6.5k of pain 🤣. My heart rate was so high I could barely catch my breath, so I did a lat flow test afterwards. Luckily it was negative, but never felt like that. I’ve been really stressed about this and that so hope it was down to that. Anyway, I shall try again tomorrow and who knows what new year’s day will bring! Well done again, I hope you’re having a nice chill now. 😊😊😊

I wanted to run today but had visitors all day. Tomorrow looks like being the last run of the year for me, then I can see what my annual mileage is.

I got out and did a steady 10 km. really warm out but drizzly and breezy. Enjoyed it. Ran in my Ons so was dodging puddles and avoiding dirt 🙂
