I thought you weren't supposed to lose fitness till 8/14 days with no or less running? ..phew
I had 13 days in which I only ran 3 Γ 5Ks days because I was on holiday..
Ran a Decent 10K on Monday and thought I'd go for my 15K in September badge today π€£
Well this run was every bit as tough as my 2 half marathons!!!
Got to 8K and there's a turn in the road where I could head home or grit my teeth.. pull on my inner determination!!!
I was really struggling with the thought of 7K more to go... Felt slow ..but kept it going... Gremlins poking out everywhere laughing at me π€£
Last 2K I was a plodding wreck π€£
But made it.. got my badge πππββοΈ
And hoping by next week things get easier.. π€
I've a 10K race on the 3rd of October π
Want to be back on form for then π
