Well after my 10 Mile run on Wednesday,it was a 5K on my schedule today π
Right from the off I felt so much faster and couldn't believe when I managed to keep that pace up all the way around!!!
I really felt my whole body had shifted a gear up.. breathing was steady and legs were strong π
Smashed my previous PB by 1.10 π
And the first time all my laps have been under 7 min/ K and all negative splits as well π
What a way to end my week π
