52.7 miles down this month, and two more 10ks down this week, and only 3 more and one 5k to go before I get my car!!
Yesterday’s runs were pretty comfortable, one at 29:50 and the other at 29:48. Today, I tried to go about the same pace but seemed to have a bit more energy, with the morning run being 28:58 and the evening one at 28:23.
I still feel knackered most of the time but it’s amazing how quickly I’ve adapted to running twice every weekday. I won’t be doing it when I get my car though 😂
