Good to see you back here Paul...a few of us have repeated C25K again, after illness or bereavement or injury. Me included.Maybe start at Week 1...no pressure, slow and steady.

There is, as ever, loads of support for us .

It’s good to see you here again Paul. Once a runner always a runner and I’m sure your body will remember well.

Lots of people re-do the programme and sometimes several times. Good luck and let us know how you get on 🍀

Welcome back Paul don’t feel disheartened that you couldn’t do W4R1You will be back I know because I have redone C25K a couple of times it does seem impossible to start with but it will keep you going.

Just take it steadily Paul, there is no rush and, as we all know, no short cuts. You will soon be churning out the Ks. 🙂

Welcome back Paul.

I've done the programme several times after injury or illness, and found it to be a comfort. Once or twice I've moved on without completing each week, but you've had a long break. There's no rush is here?

Please keep us posted,

Best wishes

Hi Paul, in my humble opinion and speaking from having experienced a devastating loss, most definitely run. It is amazing how you will benefit mentally as well as physically, as you will be aware from your previous running. It can also have a calming effect and help with sleep which might be difficult for you. If you can run with others and maybe have a drink afterwards, this will prevent too much loneliness in your day - being in company will help you through little by little. So go ahead and give it a go, you have done the hard work of getting out there with your previous runs so you will know what to expect - it will be a way of having something to start your day, always a challenge when grieving.

Good luck!

PS it does get a little easier in time.

So good to see you back Paul and all the very best👍😀
