I have not posted on here for a little while.I did participate a little in Floss’s Awesome August Quest.I have done my best to help with a family problem but without consent you just beat yourself up.Little did I know that taking the time to run would be such a remedy in addressing and restoring a transient challenge to my own mental well-being.
Of course even being aware of all the benefits of running,which are well known to all on here.Until my first hand experience of that challenge unfortunately arrives, some benefits are not fully appreciated.
Many thanks again to those on here in all capacities.
I finish with Floss’s wise words from the August Quest over on bridge, “Take the time to run”.
What a blessing running and this forum brings.

Yep, taking time out to run is better than medicine. It helps bring clarity to problems being mulled over, and hopefully help us be better able to help others We all need time to think 🤔🙂. On non-run days I find I don’t sleep as well as I’m overthinking stuff once in bed. Gaaaaaagh 😩
As to the other, you know you can lead the horse to the trough... some things in life folk need to do for themselves as frustrating as that might be at times 💫
