First little outing in 3weeks.No ear pods but Laura was with me OK.Will just take it gently for the next few weeks and establish a base again before trialing my planned chunking guidance plan.
So happy to know that you are back "trotting" after a short break, just take all the runs slowly, slow and steady as they say on C25K π ππΎ, by the way Tbae I got my first medal the other day for running the London Vitality Virtual 10,000 just over 2 weeks ago., keep wellπ
Thanks Tbae, 3 weeks ago I ran all the way around the Milngavie Water Works, I have walked there as you know hundreds of times and intend to have another walk there tomorrow, but that was the first time I had ran all the way around, its 3 miles /5K., when I was doing C25K, run 3 of week 6 I ran half way round it.
Well done Al the programme works.Keep on keeping on Al.Itβs just so worth it, albeit a few more challenges come along.πββοΈππππͺπ
π ππΎ O I almost forgot that Friday was the day, 3 years ago that I graduated from C25K, I should have gone a special run but didn't, of course you remember that when I ran run 3 of week 9 I ran it along the prom at Helensburgh. Just after halfway I turned back and that guy shouted at me "goin yersel ", yes that was 3 years ago on Friday.
