Pleased to be back and more determined to lump ( chunk is different) my way up to acquiring the matching hours of endurance required to tick off this first in a lifetime marathon and perhaps even a 50k ultra at my natural slow pace.It is what it is.Going to keep enjoying it.Adopted the Kipchoge smile.
Need to take forward with me this time fuelling and playlists.I banked 6 hours and 32 km 9 months ago and will look to build to there over the next few weeks.
Happy Easter to you and your family Tbae, that's a great run for you today, wow, so you are now training for an Ultra Marathon after you run your first marathon, I wish you luck for both those runs, I do think Kipchoge will be looking over his shoulders for this guy called Tbae trying to challenge him, especially with his smile. π ππΎ
