Pleased to tick off a 12k and 15k for week3.

Going to keep building continuous runs to HM distance and then start playing about with combinations of optimum distance chunks and optimum number of runs.

If I find any merits in going to continuous 30+km distances then so be it.

So lots to play about with and keeping the plan totally flexible.

Wow Tbae, 1,499 calories, great run today for you, well done, you are doing very well with those runs, distance, 15.20 kilometres, great run for that HM distance, as for me, this morning I ran only a 10K and burnt as they say according to Mapmyrun 767 calaries, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍
