I know Decker has done some great posts about running books but I couldn't see this one mentioned.
To be fair I haven't actually picked up a book in several years, I've lost interest in reading, but since turning off the radio (I can't bear all the "news" updates currently) I was getting bored of my usual music selection whilst driving at work so I've been listening to some podcasts and just bought a few audiobooks.
This one focuses on how people who do suffer with Depression or Anxiety actually benefit through running. It's a bit "sciency" in places but fascinating nonetheless.
I've posted it here as there are a lot of references to quite high mileages etc that might feel off putting for newer runners even though he stresses more than once that any run is a run and anyone who runs, a runner.
Well worth, certainly a listen, if not a read ππ»
