You have done marathons Jo.I have not.I am so slow and I think if I am going to build up to 6 hours I may as well try and push for my first ever marathon and 50k in the same day.Chunking it off course.Run 12.5k,rest3hours, run 12.5k,rest 3hours, run 12.5k, rest 3hours, run 12.5k.17 hour day,0500-2200.Chunking it is the only hope I have got Jo.Tried 31k and 6hours previously.At this time I could not stretch to 8.5 hours continuously.Perhaps if I can manage the distance things may change.Getting carried away now.More doing less talking.
Btw you and others on here are my inspiration.πββοΈπππβ€οΈπͺππ«β‘οΈ

Will do roseabi. You gave me the chunking idea a long time ago.Taken me time to find out continuous is a step too far for me.I have simplified the build up adaption bit for me into a C25k type programme.Hope it will all go smoothly and just tick off β the weeks.Thank you for all you do.
