It worked! Flushing the RunGo cache fixed the problem. I've now completed the 1k tryout. Unfortunately I don't have a time for it (didn't bother starting my watch and forgot to turn off RunGo so my average pace was over 1hour/km). Anyhow, that's all set for my HM on Friday.
Love the way it says "woop woop" in a flat, emotionless voice!
Went out for a gentle stroll yesterday but felt worn out afterwards. I think the previous day's 10k at race pace took more out of me than I realised.

I used to use RunGo for the same thing ... but switched when I discovered Komoot which I find more reliable at staying on course. It does have some foibles, but Komoot and I understand each other much better after many kilometres of trial and error - and a few tough lessons 🤬
Glad that fixed your RunGo issue (and thanks for letting us know). That 1k try out was really to prepare you for emotionless cheering for 13 miles, set your expectations, getting RunGo to work was merely a side effect !!!!
Goes much quicker that way!!! A commentary that mixes both miles and kms, 12 1.5k reps in my workout and run segments of 1.4km (tough maths trying to calculate pace from time) ... all served to distract me very well and the run flew by (even if I didn't).
