It was hard just because it was so hot! I set off after calf feeding (earlier would have been nice and cool in the mist!) I had chosen my scenic but hilly 10 mile route - with a new bit added and a extra bit past home to get to 13 miles. Going past home was hard but as with lots of times the sound track was perfect- the marathon theme then the don't give up now song π€£ I lost the rungo app early on so sadly didn't get the whole Vancouver route. I did find it hard but loved it knowing we were all out together. It was a perfect sound track and I'd like to thank all who organised this. It was a great spring half. ππ

Well done Cowladyrunning, a HU VHM ticked off, and such lovely views along the way. The rape fields are beautiful right now and never fail to being a smile with their sunshine yellow.
Congratulations. Lovely photos and a lovely looking setting for your Half Marathon.
Well done on your hilly HM. It's so hard to run past home when you are near the end of a run. I hope the beautiful views helped too. π
