Dont know if I will be ready or not to tackle this marathon by the end of the month I hope I will but we shall see fingers crossed

I’m an older runner and I’ve managed several - my latest one being last November I agree about the 20 miles thing 💪🙂

I pre-planned the route and stuck to it on the day. I did that as it’s hard to make rational decisions towards the end of the run when you’re tired. I didn’t want to confront a big hill. Food, drink, snacks, loo stop/s to factor in.
