Everyone present and correct? Hold up your pom poms. Clear your throats. Prepare to jump and shout. For we have racers who need our support, so, at the double please!!!

All our racers - an all female crew this week - will be out on Sunday 25th. At time of writing we have:

🌟The cheery cheekychipmunks who will be maintaining her 6 year streak by running the Severn Bridge 10k again. I guess you know what to expect cheeky, but do watch out for the traffic this year!

🌟The super Shake-and-run who will be tackling the Pershore Plum Plodders 10k for a plum in the grounds of the Abbey! But first a flat multi-terrain course over a river, through fields and countryside before returning to town and the Abbey. Sounds delightful Shakes ... and a perfect leg stretch before your next section of the Cotswold Way!

🌟The tenacious Time_Lord who will be running the Derby Running Festival 10k another multi terrain flat course, this time through the grounds of the Grade II listed Elvaston Castle, beautifully depicted on the stunning piece of bling that awaits at the finish line.

🌟And finally we have our inspirationalIrishprincess who is ready and raring to run the Antrim Coast Half Marathon ,Northern Ireland's only world athletics elite road race! Not only that but it sounds like an amazing course 'along the stunning Antrim coastline'; flat, fast, perfect for a PB and one of the most beautiful in the world! Wow IP, this should be fabulous!!!

I think there will be more hills this year Week7 . We have to run up onto the bridge, down after we’ve crossed, then back up again, as well as that hideous hilll at the end! A tail wind in both directions sounds just the ticket! 😅
