Very cold and misty run!

Was a struggle to get out this morning but once I was out there and running, it felt really good! Very misty and cold but at least I managed it - should have worn my other hat though because I've got really bad earache now! 😀

Nice run RC, and well done making yourself get out there! It’s lovely and clear here in Bristol. No mist, unlike yesterday morning. I’ve just finished my run too. 7k at Ashton Court. We’ve started the week well! 👊

Well done RC. Just getting out there is the hard bit at this time of year. I have gone for woollen Pom Pom hats jammed down over my ears. I am sure it looks ridiculous but my head and ears are warm!! 🙂
