With all the panic going on out there, I really appreciated this one. Was meant to be an easy pace recovery run, but anxiety/adrenaline meant it was more like a fast tempo.
Just wish it could have been a much, much longer run, but I’m sticking to my recovery programme until I complete it at the end of this month.
Then I’m thinking of running for the hills, quite seriously!

Another beautiful picture of that morning out there......🌼☀️.....and therapeutic for the headspace, no matter how long, fast etc., ......the hills will be a good place to be I reckon! .....😎
Well done for getting out for a run 🤗. I imagine the fact that it’s so quiet contributes to the run feeling a bit odd, but you’re beautiful photo makes me want to get out there for a safe run too! 😍 Thanks for sharing!!
Yes it’s very quiet at Madingley Hall, where I took that photo, as they’ve sent everyone home- even the gardeners. I’m so lucky to have that bit of sanity on my doorstep. #keeponrunning 🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️
Gorgeous photo! I went to our local NT today, but couldn't get a good shot of the house as I took the lower path hoping it would be less busy. But I did take lots of other photos. It's maybe 17 years since we last went (even the gardens are very expensive normally).
