Itโs still muggy and humid on the south coast this morning, but at least itโs not as hot as it had been๐
I ran down to the seafront and along to the pier. The 1st K was 6:28 then I got steadily quicker, with the last K being 5:07, so overall time was 28:17!๐โโ๏ธ๐ช
Iโm pleased with that and it sets me up nicely for joining the Lands End to John OโGroats (LEJOG) challenge on Monday๐ I think there are quite a few of us doing the challenge so itโll be nice to have some virtual company!๐

Awesome time there!! Well done indeed and good luck for the challenge ahead too!!
Congratulations!! I have awarded you our temporary badge - it will stay in place until replaced by another badge, or until the end of October, whichever is first. If you want your HM badge back sooner just let me know xxx
Thanks Roseabi, Iโll take the badge for however long I can cling on to it!๐๐ I suspect there are many others far more capable than me who are more deserving of it anyway. Thatโs my 5 minutes of fame taken care of!๐๐คฃ
Well done David. I think a virtual LEJOG will be easier than the real thing. An army officer recently did it in bare feet for charity. How mad is that?
Thanks Dexy5, I saw the chap had done it barefoot๐ณCompletely bonkers in my view๐คช but good for him to keep at it for such a good cause!๐๐๐
