150 km (93 mile) Great Run Solo

I’m trying a challenge in December of completing 150 km in 28 days. It’s with the Great Run. They call it their Great Run Solo Challenge. As it turns out it equates in miles 93 to my step mums age when she passed away last year so will be pretty poignant to do this in her memory and for the British Heart Foundation.

I will post this up soon as will create a Strava challenge then if any of you want to follow my journey you can or I can post up each day with how I’m getting on. 💖

Yes it is but will probably alternate with some walking too. I do run/walk generally anyways. I’m doing some forward and careful planning so I won’t over extend myself but do enough so can do the distance involved 💖
