Got my run in early this morning and no knee hiccups at all! You know that it's summer because I went out in my Bath Half Finishers t-shirt (I usually go out in a long-sleeved top because it can be chilly!) and was quite warm even that early in the morning! I dread to think how hot July and August is going to be!

Gentle run today!

The weather has been great recently, long may it continue, it makes a huge difference.
Enjoy your day π

Good run for you RC41, look out for the weather, already in Scotland there are snow showers in some parts after yesterdays +20C temperatures, today the temperature is only +6C.

Good progress RC, well done. It is really cold up here today; no snow warning though! It is my comeback run take 2 tomorrow. I have been through my full range of exercises again today, have been doing hill walks, and the knee feels good (again!). If all goes well, I will build up distance and pace really steadily, and I wonβt be trying to fit in another speed challenge this time! Too much to hope that physios will be back at work soon; safety is still the priority, quite rightly!π

Ahah! You did it! You got up! ππ
