Progress!

So I went up to WK4 of C25K on my run yesterday instead of doing WK3 like I have been doing as my recovery process just to see if my knee would present me with any niggles. My knee felt fine all the way through which I am very pleased about. I'm not going to go into W5 for my run tomorrow because I don't want to push anything too far, so I'm going to do a run from W4 again and then go on one of the WK5 runs and so on. I am officially at the end of my 2 week run-walk, run-walk phase now but I feel that my knee just needs one more week to really settle down and we shall go from there! But I felt that I really made some good progress yesterday! :-D

Well done! I can recommend Hoka for knee issues. The low drop fixed me overnight.

Very! :-)

Grete Waitz a runner of some repute once said " Hurry slowly, get there but be patient" and it seems you are. Well done you.
