Here we are training for the London Landmarks hm next month. We were so blown about today, it took a real effort to get round. There was a sandstorm at the end too . We are all raising money for the Brain Tumour Charity

Haha! Looking great! I know the wind along that coast too well! Have a look at the Sanlam Coast HM in May! I did it last year - starts in Colwyn Bay and goes along the coast. We were into the wind the whole way, complete with sandblasting 😍 - you're completely ready for it 😂. While I was cycling today I was thinking about coming to N Wales to visit my brother and trying to do a parkrun. I thought I'd ask if you recommend one nearby (he lives in Old Colwyn)?

Thanks linda, it was a real struggle I. That wind today. Colwyn Bay and Conway parkruns have been done by my chums and both are good.

I can only see the Conwy one and then one from Prestatyn back towards Colwyn Bay. I think I'll try Conwy - I used to live in Deganwy where it starts, so it will be like going home 😂
