Yesterday I ran (accidentally), for 10 miles π. I was supposed to stop at 9, but hubby was late picking me up and I felt OK, so I just kept going!
It has been 11 months since I last managed it - last time I did it I got injured and couldn't run properly for a couple of months. In the last 2 months I have finally started to be sensible and do strengthening exercises and they've really paid off. No pain while running and I feel fine today.
Great West Run... Here I come!!!

Brilliant; most of my milestone runs have been accidental!! That way, if you donβt achieve the magic distance, the f word doesnβt come into play (thatβs failure for the avoidance of doubt!) Awesome run πππππ₯
