Posted already about issues so spent the day updating software enabling and disabling stuff on iPhone and watch and choosing a new building route and indeed my bespoke marathon.
So from week 4 completed on Friday I will have reached 10k, 11k and 12k for Jan., and have shed some of the Xmas excess lbs.
Feb I will reach the HM and shed a few more lbs.Its 18 months since my first ever HM.
Mar I plan to reach 32k and a few more Ibs less.
April β off the Marathon and perhaps I maybe 12 stone.Never been that in decades.ππ€π€£
Sorry for posting so much.Always thought through my working life itβs about playing a good game,this marathon challenge is something else.
