Going to devote all my time this week to the 200m sprint.
Started this morning Monday, 4th with the usual warm up routine and a standing start dash in my close by chosen route.Recorded 41 secs.
Tues., 2x200m = 400m
Wed., 3x200m = 600m
Thur., 4x200m = 800m
Frid., 5x200m = Crunched 1km.
I will just see how things go.That should give me 15 attempts at the 200 meters.
Looking to post a 200m PR,and I may need to leave a single attempt for Saturday/Sunday.
If not now when.
